I would definitely recommend Mike – he is thoroughly knowledgeable, easy to work with, the finances are very clear and he works to a standard.
I had quite a few ‘extras’ done on the job once we got going – things that wouldn’t be part of a kitchen fit out – and the price for those were reasonable considering the work done.
When choosing the equipment we listened to Mike and got really good equipment (ovens, dishwasher, f/f, tap, sink). He knows what works – we wanted quality kit but not the silly-priced stuff.
Martin was the main fitter – he was an excellent and skilled tradesman and a pleasure to have around.
Having now used it for about 8 months, we remain delighted. It all looks great and works well and as well as it did at handover (which does not take place until you are happy with it).

His team are very friendly and tidy. They have an amazing attention to detail and will not stop to get you your perfect kitchen. Mike sees any obstacle as a challenge and will work to over come it.

The only person who will care about your new kitchen as much as you do is Mike. He is a thoughtful and knowledgeable designer who really listens to what you want and how you live. He offers his advice and expertise but allows for individual choices. He is also very patient when you can’t decide on a design first time! We made three hour long visits to Mike in the design stage and at no point did we feel rushed or like we were being a nuisance.

Neil was the kitchen fitter for our job. He was personable, polite and a pleasure to have in the house. His work was of the highest quality (we come from a family of builders and decorators and can be a bit critical but really there was nothing to find fault with). It was attention to detail and high quality work all round. And Mike project managed the whole thing which was frankly wonderful as it took all the stress out of the situation.

The project was a complete kitchen refit including electrical work and straightening a wonky wall and a wonky floor. It took three weeks (as predicted) and we are now really enjoying our new kitchen. After the final payment, Mike sent round some extra shelves we asked for and we had the fridge door altered very slightly. All of this with no questions, no delays and no hidden extra payments.

We couldn’t be happier with the new kitchen that Mike designed for us and his team fitted for us. From the outset Mike was helpful, willing to offer advice about what would and wouldn’t work, and, despite a tight deadline (we wanted it in for Christmas) completed the fit on time. The fitters worked conscientiously and, despite some surprises when the ancient floor was taken up, they quickly rectified the inadequate piping that a previous refit had put in place. I can honestly say that, despite it being a major job, the fitters were surprising quiet and even our border collie hardly noticed that they were there. The finished project exceeded our expectations and Mike even came around during the Christmas holiday to ensure that everything was working and have been done to our full satisfaction. An outstanding job and a wonderful new kitchen with which we are absolutely delighted. Would highly recommend this company for anyone seeking a new kitchen.
